Refund & Returns Policy

Because our pierogies are a perishable, frozen food product made for your consumption, we are unable to accept returns. For food safety reasons, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every order to be right. If something goes wrong, please reach out and we will make it right.

Problems With Your Order

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving or picking it up. This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong item or flavor
  • A missing item from your order
  • A product that arrived damaged or in unacceptable condition

When you contact us, please include your order number and a description of the problem (photos are helpful for damaged items). We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, a credit, or a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process and appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Order Errors on Our End

If we make a mistake with your order, such as the wrong flavor, a missing item, or an order we were unable to deliver or have ready for pickup as scheduled, we will promptly correct it with a replacement or a refund.

Missed Fundraiser Pickups

Fundraiser orders must be picked up at the scheduled location, date, and time for that fundraiser. Because these orders are made to order and delivered in bulk to the organization, we are generally unable to offer refunds for orders that are not picked up during the scheduled window. Please be sure to pick up your order on time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel orders that have not yet entered production or been delivered. Once an order has been made or delivered, it can no longer be canceled.
