Products
We sell handcrafted frozen pierogies and related products. We make every effort to display our products, flavors, and pricing accurately. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Certain flavors may be seasonal or temporarily out of stock.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information, including your name, email, phone number, and delivery or pickup details. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information you provide.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery of frozen products within approximately 15 miles of Easton, PA. Delivery is available only to addresses within our service area. If your address falls outside this area, delivery will not be available at checkout. Deliveries are made on our own schedule; we will deliver your order on our next delivery run to your area.
Fundraiser Orders and Pickup
Fundraiser orders are fulfilled through scheduled pickup at the location and time listed for each fundraiser campaign. When ordering for a fundraiser, you must select the correct fundraiser pickup location at checkout. It is your responsibility to pick up your order at the designated location, date, and time. Orders not picked up during the scheduled window may not be able to be fulfilled.
Product Storage and Safety
Our pierogies are sold frozen and must be kept frozen until ready to cook. You are responsible for proper storage upon receipt or pickup. Please follow the cooking instructions provided. We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage or handling after the product leaves our possession.
Refunds and Returns
Because our products are perishable frozen food, all sales are generally final. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for details on how we handle order issues, errors, or concerns.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of The Pierogi Kings LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pierogi Kings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
