Meet Hunter Keim, Founder of The Pierogi Kings in Easton, PA

Hunter Keim, founder of The Pierogi Kings

The Pierogi Kings started with one bite that changed everything.

One bite from Bayou Boys

Hunter Keim grew up eating pierogies straight from a bag, store-bought and mass produced. Then he tried one from Bayou Boys, and he couldn’t go back. That one bite showed him what this food was supposed to be. When Bayou Boys closed, he saw an opening, and The Pierogi Kings was born.

The mission

The mission has never changed: handcrafted, honest pierogies, with no compromise on what goes inside them. That means real Cooper Sharp cheese, no artificial flavors or dyes, and small batches made in Easton, PA, never mass produced.

The same code in the kitchen

Hunter is a volunteer firefighter, and he brings that same code to the kitchen: show up, do your job, mean what you say. He lives in Easton with his wife Hannah and their daughter Charlotte.

When I hand you a bag of pierogies, I’m not selling you a product. I’m inviting you to our table.
